Pay rate is $22-26 per hour depending on training and experience.

CSR Expectations:


  • You'll process inbound calls to qualify leads and convert them to booked estimates with a goal of 80% conversion
  • You'll utilize our SOPs to close out estimates within three weeks of the initial estimate date
  • You'll provide a great customer service experience to all
  • You'll be responsible for receiving payments in person and by phone
  • You'll maintain our Google review campaign, targeting a minimum of two new reviews per week
  • You'll answer phones and do other admin duties as needed, including restocking supplies and other physical office needs
  • You'll be resourceful and proactive in dealing with customer issues that may arise

What does a CSR at Pinon Painting do?
The CSR is a key part of Pinon's commitment to delivering a world-class Client experience.

In addition to effectively responding to new Client inquiries, the CSR acts as the key link between project estimators, the painting production team, the accounting department, and our clients.

In this role, the CSR proactively implements our Standard Operating Procedures to manage projects from initial communication to hand-off to the Scheduling Coordinator and, ultimately, acquiring a five-star review from our clients.

This is an evolving role and we will change it as needed.


CSR Requirements

  • Experience obtaining and managing Google reviews
  • Experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Warm but professional attitude and appearance

  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree a plus
