Furniture Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and deliver furniture to clients' homes and businesses
• Carefully handle, unpack, and assemble furniture on-site
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client needs and concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Inspect furniture for any damage and report issues promptly
• Operate delivery vehicles according to company and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in furniture delivery, moving, or related fields preferred
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy items.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a 26 FT BOX TRUCK to transport goods to designated locations
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
• Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with customers during deliveries
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver preferred
• Strong knowledge of local roads and routes for efficient navigation
• Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required during loading and unloading
• Good communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner

Pay:
$200.00 per day
