RESPONSIBLE TO:
HR/Payroll Manager


QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Resources, 1 -2 years' experience in HR field or any similar combination of education and experience, preferably in an office setting.

Must be organized and have excellent time management skills. Must demonstrate ability to work in unstructured environments. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Computer proficiency, interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills and multi-tasking capabilities are a must. Work flexible hours and Bilingual preferred. Professionalism always required.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assists by providing support in the following areas:
  • Update employee/applicant personal information in files as needed.
  • Copy/Scan new hire documents and other personnel forms as required.
  • QA new hire packets.
  • Complete, fax and mail, including but not limited to employment verifications, reference requests and background checks.
  • Coordinate HIPPA training for all EE and New hires.
  • Assist with other HR duties, as required.
  • Production/Preparation
  • Prepare new hire packets for all potential positions.
  • Prepare new employee files for QA.
  • Maintain new hire packet supplies for all hiring managers.
  • Assist with preparation of evaluation/performance review forms.
  • Assist with various reports and summaries, as required. Must know Outlook, MS Word and Excel
  • Community Outreach
  • Assist in variety of Growth & Development logistics, including, but not limited to handson production with health fairs and other community outreach venues and projects:
  • Booth representation
  • Booth stocking, supplies and materials
  • Networking
  • Recruiting
  • Actively participate in recruitment of potential applicants for all potential positions through involvement with job fairs/career expos, and other viable events and centers:
  • Booth representation
  • Booth stocking, supplies and materials
  • Networking
  • Network with community contacts to attract potential applicants, physicians and other community resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and update community contact database.
  • Assist with direct mailings.
  • Assist with completion of other community outreach projects, as required.
  • Perform other duties, as required.
