Job position Title:
Independent Living Services (ILS) Coordinator

Employment Type:
Full-time hours per week)

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid - Primarily conducted at individuals' homes or within the community

Hours:
Flexible, based on caseload demands

Caseload: 3-4 individuals

Compensation:
$20-22 an hr - based on experience
Mileage reimbursement at $0.67 per mile

Requirements:

Current TB test within the last two years
CPR and First Aid certification
Ability to pass Live Scan background check
Authorization to work in the United States
Valid driver's license
Access to a reliable vehicle
Car insurance
Minimum of 1year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate services for individuals served, ensuring their needs are met
Accompany individuals to medical appointments
Facilitate weekly planning sessions
Develop comprehensive lesson plans with Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timebound (S.M.A.R.T.) goals
Assist individuals in developing and managing life skills
Provide transportation for individuals to community outings and appointments
