Description

Primary responsibilities focus on quality customer service in assisting our members (State, Teacher, and Participating Local District employees) at various stages of their membership.

The work may include receiving paperwork and ensuring its completeness and accuracy; processing changes; retrieving account information for members and explaining the information to them, both over the telephone and in person.

In addition, the position provides operational support by processing member requests including gathering information and verifying completeness prior to forwarding the results into the workflow process.


Qualifications:


  • A high school diploma is required plus four (4) years of responsible, selfdirected work experience in an office environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree
    Salary begins at $43,763 if annualized.
