Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Creates and executes an internal and external to HR communication process for HR CoE leaders to follow.
- Oversees the creation and use of all HR mailboxes for HR communications.
- Leads the creation of People page on company intranet site as HR lead on project team.
- Maintains up to date information on People page on company intranet site.
- Oversees quarterly allhands HR meetings lead by the CHRO.
- Conducts employee engagement survey annually or as determined by HR leadership team.
- Manages the vendor relationship with employee engagement survey vendor.
- Identifies and executes on opportunities for improvement of the employee experience with HR
- Leads an onboarding process project team to improve the existing process.
- Creates and executes comprehensive change management plans to successfully implement largescale organization changes.
- Updates or creates talent processes as determined by HR leadership.
- Manages RH training needs as determined by HR leadership.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in human resources or business administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with organizational change management.
- Minimum 10 years of communications experience
- Knowledgeable about Talent Management strategy.
- High proficiency in organizational change management methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in addressing talent needs as identified
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach for other positions in the HR department.
