Entry Level Office Position - Boston, United States - Pembroke & Co.

This is a hybrid position, based in Boston. Our operations department works from home on Fridays.


Summary:

The Video & Data Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing transaction data, video feed, financial reports and social media reviews for numerous establishments


These may include:
restaurants, bars, hotels, convenience stores, trades, etc.


Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review and analyze video feed (CCTV) and pointof sales (POS) transaction data for discrepancies, internal theft, fraud, etc.
• Analyze business trends through video feed (CCTV) to determine ways the business can improve sales, customer counts, and customer experience.
• Monitor locations through video feed (CCTV) to determine if quality of standards is being adhered to.
• Monitor for social media reviews through numerous platforms for useful information tied to sales, brand reputation, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with adhoc requests from clients.
• Conduct reports of findings with detailed information and still pictures.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in a professional work environment is preferred.
• Demonstrates discretion; understands the importance of sensitive and confidential material.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Pay:
$19.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
