- Experience in trauma, emergency, or critical care
- ICD-10 and Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) training
- American Trauma Society Basic Trauma Registrar course

As part of a Magnet Designated Hospital, nurses are actively engaged in Shared Governance to drive practice improvements. The role involves leading processes to enhance trauma care through chart reviews, quality analysis, and injury prevention initiatives. Additionally, the coordinator will support the Trauma Program Manager and Medical Director in overseeing the Trauma Service Performance Improvement and Patient Safety program. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, California RN License, and experience in trauma, emergency, or critical care within a healthcare setting.
