- Create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy to assist individuals of all ages and couples dealing with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties
- Collaborate with other professionals to enhance patient outcomes
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, including addictive behaviors
- Offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions to clients individually and in group settings
- Devise customized therapy strategies to create a supportive and inclusive environment for treatment
- Hold regular sessions with clients and equip them with the necessary tools to overcome their obstacles
- Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation
- Provide referrals to other healthcare specialists, such as psychiatrists
- Education: Master's or Doctoral degree
- Must hold a valid license in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- While an independent license is preferred, we're happy to offer top-notch supervision for those with LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT credentials at no charge. Our mission revolves around supporting and empowering our colleagues to achieve autonomous licensure, as the demand for mental health professionals in Arizona continues to rise
- Clinical experience of at least two years is highly desirable
