What you will experience with us:

  • You will support the management of our PMO team in the conversion of our system landscape to SAP S4, one of the largest infrastructural changes in the energy industry
  • You will participate in project management by reviewing project reports, organizing meetings, events, and especially regular dates for project/program coordination and management, preparing project and program meetings and steering committees at project and program level, and taking over the subsequent documentation and recording of relevant committee meetings and decisions
  • You will also be counted on for organizational tasks, such as project controlling, determining project KPIs for budget and time compliance, and creating and maintaining onboarding and program/project manuals
  • You will support external service providers and project team members in contract management, staffing, and on- and offboarding

  • Have completed a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification as a management assistant or
