Job Opportunity:
We are expanding our team and invite a Board Certified PMHNP to focus on psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, complemented by medication management responsibilities.
Location:
Primary office - Anaheim, CA, but will be hybrid (in-person and telehealth)
Schedule:
Part-time (24+ hours/week) initially, transitioning to full-time (36+ hours/week) as caseload increases. Availability required Monday to Friday (9 AM - 7 PM) and Saturday (9 AM - 2 PM PST).
Role Overview:
The PMHNP will predominantly provide individualized, couple, and family psychotherapy sessions, in addition to managing medication for a diverse age group of patients.
Responsibilities:
Lead therapy sessions and manage medications for psychiatric conditions.
Thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current California NP license with Furnishing privileges, and a DEA registration.
- ANCC PMHNP Board Certification.
- Experienced in psychotherapy
- Professional Nursing Corporation setup required within 30 days of hire if not preexisting.
Compensation:
Competitive; up to $90/hour, **influenced by productivity and experience.
