V. in Neumünster sees each child as an individual, who wants to develop with their talents, interests and inclinations.

We help children on their journey to becoming independent individuals by providing spaces for the most important activity - playing.

We try to adapt to the individual nature of each child and develop together with them. For us, Waldorf education means learning through life.

Currently, we care for a total of 48 children between the ages of 12 months and school entry in three groups: the crèche, the elementary group, and a mixed-age group.

For "full-day children," we offer a lunch table. Our spacious outdoor area offers numerous opportunities for climbing, exploring, and stimulating the senses.

Our initiative has been in existence for over 40 years and is an important contribution to early childhood development in Neumünster.

Together with the administrative management and our team, consisting of nine pedagogical specialists and five other employees to support household, garden, and office tasks, you will lead the kindergarten. We place great value on a collegial approach and strive for consensus in the face of major challenges. In responsible cooperation between parents and educators, all of our efforts are focused on developing and nurturing the children's strengths.
