What Do We Do Here?
Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers.

To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ.

What's the Job Like?

  • Maintains accurate and detailed records on all blasting and strip tank processes.
  • Maintains accurate and detailed records on all grinding and lathe machining processes.
  • Performs work safely and adheres to applicable OSHA regulations and/or rules adhered to by the HVOF cell.
  • Maintain Machine logs and cleaning schedule.
  • Maintain Cubicle logs and cleaning schedule and/or Daily Coatings Activity Log/ daily operator log entries.
  • Track Coatings Production and/or Cell Production Scheduling.
  • Performs preventative maintenance functions as needed.
  • Assist maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.
  • Assist maintenance on basic machine maintenance.
  • Proficiency and use of micrometers and measuring instruments.
  • Remain open to new ideas and adaptable to changing technology.
  • Maintain NOV guidelines on safety, quality, and delivery.
  • Clean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards.
  • All other reasonable tasks assigned with the goal of helping the team, operations, or the facility overall.

Who's Going to be Successful in this Job?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ yrs. knowledge of standard safety and manufacturing processes preferred
  • 3+ yrs. of experience using a machining lathe or cylindrical O/D grinder and/or coating machines preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a thermal spray environment preferred
