    The following position is available:

    High School
    Food Service - Head Cook
    (7 hours per day - 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

    Deadline Date: May 22, 2024

    Rate of Pay: According to Contract

    Beginning Date: School Year

    Job Description:
    • Must be Serve Safe certified
    • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
    • Report directly to the High School
    • Open kitchen for daily use
    • Prepare food for EAJ lunches and food for delivery to other school buildings
    • Upon completion of lunch, all leftovers are returned to kitchen and production record is documented
    • Available to receive deliveries from Gordon Food Service on Tuesday and Thursday
    • Store all foods in appropriate areas
    • Place bakery order for EAJ with Aunt Millies
    • Prepare food for district meetings and banquets as requested
    • Quality and presentation of food must have your strict attention
    • Any other tasks assigned by Kitchen Manager and/or Food Service Coordinator
