Summary of Job Duties:
The UADA ITS Computer Support Analyst is responsible for answering the help desk phone, responding to help desk emails, and working support tickets and assisting with the daily workload. This position belongs to the UADA ITS team that is the first point of contact for all incidents and service requests that provides Tier I support. When necessary, the technician will also engage end-users via remote support sessions and assisting in the field to provide on-site support.
The Computer Support Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the ITS Help Desk staff and end-users. This role includes managing procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of help requests, as well as monitoring, tracking, and coordinating ITS Help Desk functions. The analyst will also offer hands-on support to end-users at the technology hardware level, including event audio/video and online meeting room equipment. Additionally, this position supports all end-users of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Calendar, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
