Looking for a motivated person that has faced the challenges of incarceration and the struggles of finding full time work.

The Plan B Foundation will work with you for 4 weeks on different life skills before helping you to find full time work at the completion of the program.

The program is designed to help you find a long term career that is meaningful to you, generally in the construction industry, not just find a job for right now.

The commitment to the program consists of three days a week for four hours each day for four weeks. There is $150 a week compensation while in the program and we will help you with transportation as well.


Requirements:

Be ready and willing to make a commitment to change, making full time work your priority

Be punctual, you need to be where you say you'll be when you say you'll be there

Previous incarceration

Must have an address in DuPage County
