- Perform virtual assessments to identify speech and language disorders in K-12th grade students.
- Create personalized and evidence-based therapy plans for each student.
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions via a secure platform.
- Supervise SLPA(s) to ensure effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to support academic and communication objectives.
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to students' goal setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and progress reports.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active licensure in North Carolina.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in school-based settings.
- Experience in supervising SLPA(s) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the IEP process and special education regulations.
- Proficient in using technology for teletherapy.
