    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of K-12th grade students in North Carolina through teletherapy? Join our innovative team at VocoVision as we provide high-quality speech-language services in a virtual school setting. This position includes supervising SLPA(s) and collaborating with a dedicated team to support student success.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in K-12th grade students.
    2. Develop and implement individualized and evidence-based therapy plans to address the unique needs of each student.
    3. Provide virtual therapy sessions utilizing a secure and user-friendly platform.
    4. Supervise SLPA(s), providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of effective services.
    5. Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to support students' academic and communication goals.
    6. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and review of students' goals.
    7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress reports, and communication with the team.

    Qualifications:

    1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    2. Active state licensure in North Carolina.
    3. ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
    4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in school-based settings.
    5. Previous experience supervising SLPA(s) is preferred.
    6. Familiarity with the IEP process and special education laws.
    7. Comfortable using technology and online platforms for teletherapy.
