Description

We are a family-friendly and lively five-group childcare center located in the center of Markt Erlbach. We provide care for children from the age of two until they start school.

Our goal is to empower children to become independent and offer them the opportunity for self-realization and age-appropriate development in our facility.

We are currently seeking a dedicated educator for a position of 30 hours per week and look forward to receiving your application.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a regular group
  • Providing care and support for the children
  • Organizing the daily pedagogical activities
  • Building a trusting relationship with parents
  • Conducting parent meetings
  • Participating in public relations activities

What we are looking for:

  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Openness, willingness to cooperate, and flexibility
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with children and parents
  • A completed education as an educator or equivalent qualification
