Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to students in various sports disciplines. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes.


Duties:

• Develop and implement training programs for students in a variety os sports, including Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Flag Football, Lacrosse and Soccer
• Teach proper techniques, skills, and strategies to enhance performance
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help students improve their abilities
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Manage behavior and ensure discipline during training sessions
• Organize and supervise practice sessions.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules and events
• Educate students on the importance of physical fitness and healthy lifestyle choices

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with students in a sports coaching or physical education role
• Strong knowledge and expertise in multiple sports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline in a group setting
• Passion for working with children and helping them develop their athletic abilities
• Certification or degree in sports coaching, physical education, or a related field is preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
