- Support Meeder internal and external sales teams to foster new and maintain existing relationships with financial advisors and prospective clients.
- Review and analyze high net worth client data, investment portfolios, trusts, and financial plans to create customized client proposals for advisors.
- Prepare client proposals and articulate the team investment philosophy and portfolio management approach to high-net-worth advisors and clients.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Analysts in the portfolio construction and management of customized high net worth accounts.
- Prepare and present customized portfolio solutions and proposals to meet the financial planning and investment objectives of high net worth individual and institutional clients.
- Ability to present comprehensive investment portfolios to advisors and prospective clients.
- Lead new account opening process working with the investment and operation teams.
- Manage and maintain advisor database and client relationship management tools to assist in the operational and administrative service and support of the Private Wealth group.
- Strong understanding of financial services industry, especially wealth management, investment management and portfolio construction.
- Demonstrate strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, relationship management, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player, self-starter, detail-oriented, proactive, high degree of autonomy
- Ability to excel managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- A positive attitude and high energy level.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- 5 years of experience in investments, financial planning or other capacity that has provided relevant experience.
- Additional education and credentials are preferred (i.e., CIMA, CFP, CFA)
- Previous experience with advisory practice or high net worth clients is preferred.

Our growing Private Wealth team serves as the separate account manager to advisors around the country. This candidate will work closely with new and prospective advisors on all aspects of investment strategy, portfolio construction, and wealth management responsibilities. We envision this role as having rapidly growing direct client responsibilities. The Private Wealth Sales Consultant plays an integral role supporting the cultivation and management of relationships with financial advisors looking to service clients within the high-net-worth marketplace. This position will drive sales for Meeder's Private Wealth team through deep collaboration with the sales team and financial advisors on creating customized portfolio solutions and promoting the white-glove services available to their high-net-worth clients and prospects.
