Who we are

Since our founding in 1988, we have been dedicated to constant development at our clinic.
With a capacity of over 250 beds, we are one of the leading rehabilitation clinics in northern Bavaria. We have specialized departments for orthopedics, neurology, occupational medicine, and an intensive care unit for early rehabilitation.

Although our range of services has continuously expanded, our philosophy remains constant. We always keep the individual in mind – respect and consideration for the needs of our patients, who trust us, form the foundation of our daily work.

Approximately 550 employees work at Klinik Bavaria. Naturally, one primarily thinks of doctors, therapists, and nurses. Undoubtedly, medical expertise and professional competence are essential prerequisites for successful treatment. However, all employees in non-medical areas are also committed to contributing to outstanding support for our patients on their path to recovery.

What you will do with us

Accompany, care for, and support our patients
Perform basic and treatment-related nursing tasks
Assist with mobilization and positioning
Perform basic medical tasks such as measuring blood pressure, pulse, or temperature
Participate in documenting nursing measures
Work in shifts
