- Plan and organize schedule (crew assignments, customer communication, site access, subcontractor coordination, parts ordering)
- Climb towers to install antennas, dishes, cables, and stand-offs. Construct and deconstruct towers.
- Excavate trenches for tower and building grounding as per R56 standards, drive ground rods, and perform cad welding
- Generate job tickets, update time records.
- Ready to travel approximately 75% of the time (with most weekends at home)
- Work on a 4-day/10-hour schedule for 3-day weekends!
- Engage in federal and government projects (we offer prevailing wages for specific projects!)

Safety first! You will work with our Tower team handling various tasks related to our Towers.
#1 - Must be comfortable with heights!
You will manage all tower operations in the Tower Construction department at Day Wireless Systems such as tower constructions and deconstructions, installing antennas and dishes, site expansions, laying cables on towers, and grounding. Tower Technician Apprentices work alongside another Technician for travel and climbing.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; with 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Licenses, Certifications: A valid Driver's License is preferred.
