Performance Manager (w/m/d) for managing call volume Your task: With your expertise, you support us in ensuring a consistently high level of service for our clients in telephone care consulting.

The position is newly created and therefore offers a lot of room for development.


Your tasks in detail:

You analyze the number and type of incoming calls throughout the day and, together with the team leaders, ensure that our quality goals are met even during high call volume.

You analyze call volume, staff availability, and workload of colleagues in real time in order to make immediate adjustments.

You identify bottlenecks and develop solutions together with the team leaders to ensure smooth operation of our telephone care consulting.

You create reports and analyses of events and incidents and develop optimization proposals together with the team leaders.


Your profile:

You work in a call center, telephone order acceptance, or a similar environment and have experience in managing call centers.

You have a high quality awareness, can analyze processes well, and bring about improvements. You are a team player and empathetic, and communicate with respect and commitment. You are proficient in using digital tools, are curious about new systems, and have technical understanding.
