    We are seeking FULL TIME Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for the East Valley only as this time


    Job Summary:


    Southland Geriatric & Palliative Care is looking for a dynamic individual that is passionate about patient care for our busy mobile physician's office.

    We see patients in communities and private homes across the valley and need the right individual to grow with us.

    You will provide primary care to patients in their homes and coordinate with additional resources (labs, x-rays, home health) as appropriate.

    We provide scheduling and office administrative support, top notch EHR, flexible hours, and more.


    Skills/Requirements:

    • Current State of Arizona NP or PA license (or compact state)
    • Current DEA license
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (It is required that you use your own vehicle)
    • Team Player
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Passion for improving quality of life in geriatric patient population
