Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Personnel management and staff scheduling for a team of up to 30 employees
- Organization and coordination of processes in individual production areas
- Support and optimization of a smooth production process
- Ensuring and implementing planned production in the specified quality/quantity in coordination with the production manager
- Organization of measures in case of disruptions in cooperation with the technical staff
- Commissioning of filling systems and instruction/training of employees
- Documentation and verification of production quantities and effectiveness
- Monitoring and recording of material consumption, as well as finished products
- Monitoring of production areas, including occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
- Taking on project tasks
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the entire production area
What You Should Bring:
- Completed vocational training as a food technology specialist or similar
- Further training as a master, technician or technologist in the field of food or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the food industry
- Leadership experience
- Teamwork, assertiveness and organizational skills
- Flexibility, initiative and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good IT user skills
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
