Job Summary
General Description
Under the general supervision of the director of technology, the Technology Applications Specialist I performs analysis, testing, maintenance, and documentation of computer systems for academic and/or business purposes.
Assists others and/or facilitates the configuration and upgrade of commercial applications; provides technical support, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and training for staff on applications; develops interfaces to external systems, and develops queries and reports for select departments.
