    Job DescriptionDescription:

    As a leading behavioral and mental health practice with multiple locations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee and drive the growth, efficiency, and profitability of our practice.

    Strategic Planning and Development:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase census, revenue, and market presence.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services.
    • Collaborate with the clinical director and executive team to align operational objectives with overall organizational goals.

    Operations Management:

    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for intake, assessment, treatment programs, and discharge planning.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all practice locations, including therapy, TMS, IOP, medication management, and other services.
    • Monitor and optimize resource utilization, including equipment, facilities, supplies, and manpower.

    Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets for each program and location.
    • Monitor expenditures, revenues, and financial performance against targets.
    • Negotiate rates with insurance companies and third-party payers.

    Marketing and Community Relations:

    • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote services and attract new patients.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
    • Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities.

    Staff Management and Development:

    • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members.
    • Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing support and motivation to staff.
    • Address personnel concerns and grievances in accordance with organizational policies.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.
    • Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to safety, infection control, and ethical business practices.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Generate and analyze reports on operational and financial performance.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation and reports.
    • Present productivity reports and performance metrics to senior management.

    Continuous Learning and Professional Development:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in mental health care.
    • Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

    The ideal Practice Manager candidate will have extensive experience in managing multi-modality, multi-location healthcare facilities, preferably with a background in mental health. The Practice Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient care, optimize revenue, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

    The Practice Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff while spearheading initiatives to expand our practice's reach and impact within the community.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with specific experience in managing multi-modality, multi-location practices.
    • Background in mental health or related field strongly preferred.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of billing practices and revenue cycle management.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
    • Proven track record of driving growth, efficiency, and profitability in a healthcare setting.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
