    New Employees hired will be awarded a $350 bonus upon completing 30 days of employment with perfect attendance

    **This company is a distributor of cash redemption skill games, mechanical operated amusement, pool, and dart supplies, and more.

    Field Service Technician/Driver

    Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (can include nights/weekend/Holidays/on call once per week).

    Pay: $18 to $20 per hour to start, based on experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

    · Will drive a Transit Van (Could travel up to 175-mile radius).

    Tie workflow to schedule.

    Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.

    Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

    Document processes and produces timely and detailed service reports.

    Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems.

    Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.

    Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.

    Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/ briefings.

    Build positive relationships with customers.

    Requirements and skills:

    Proven Field Service experience.

    Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.

    English literacy.

    Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules – nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

    Technical degree or certification or work experience

    · Must have a valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
