    Job Description

    Get your foot in tax accounting door and join our team in the Greater Philadelphia. We are looking for full-time or part-time individuals to act as Paraprofessionals, providing bookkeeping, bank account reconciliations, general ledger management, and tax return processing services to small businesses and individuals. If you have knowledge of accounting software and prior tax experience, we want you Apply today for immediate consideration.

    DUTIES:

    • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
    • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to provide accurate financial records for reporting purposes.
    • Collaborate with tax accountants and other team members to address client inquiries and resolve accounting discrepancies.
    • Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance to clients.
    • Provide administrative support to the tax accounting team, including organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred, experience considered in lieu of
    • Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
    • Demonstrated familiarity with QuickBooks.
