    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

    Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district in Drexel Hill, PA, in search of a dedicated Paraprofessional to join their team for the ongoing school year

    Paraprofessional Job Description:

    • Provide support to classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
    • Assist students with tasks such as completing assignments, understanding instructions, and staying focused on tasks.
    • Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment by supervising students and reinforcing positive behavior.
    • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and address individual learning needs.

    • Highly competitive compensation ($22-$26hourly)

    Interview Process:

    • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
    • 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
    • Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
