Job DescriptionAre you currently looking for a new position as a CNA with great staff ratios and benefits?
Jerome Home is the place you want to check out. Our staffing ratios exceed most other facilities and our benefits offered are some of the best. We are currently interviewing to fill some full and part time positions on all shifts.
We have the following openings - If you work at least 24 hours/wk, you are eligible for up to a $1000 sign on bonus
7-3 Full Time, Part Time and Weekends only
Per diem For all Shifts
Full time positions (32, 36 or 40 hours/wk) are offered PTO accrual, health/dental/vision. 403b, etc. The sign on bonus will be prorated based on the hours your work. If you work 24-29 hours/wk, you are offered PTO accrual and 403b. The sign-on bonus is paid out based on the hours per week you are scheduled to work.

o 65 Assisted Living Apartments - 16 memory care
o 26 Independent Residential Care Apartments
o 20 bed Memory Care unit NEW
We have several on-line programs currently being used by our staff:
· Matrix is used as our EMR.
· Inovalon is our on-line scheduling program. At the click of a button, you can request time off or request to pick up a shift. You can also send email/text notification to request coverage of an open shift.
· Relias is our on-line education program. Classes are assigned via email for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace.
· Paylocity is out online payroll system and one of the ways we communicate with staff
