Leasing Assistant Part Time - Oshkosh, WI

Leasing Assistant Job Purpose:

Maintains property performance by advertising & filling vacancies. Assisting the property manager with daily needs such as responding to inquiries, helping with showings, helping coordinate work orders.

Property Manager Job Duties:

Apartment Leasing Delivering property performance by advertising, showing, & filling vacancies.

Tenant Relations Maximizing tenant satisfaction by solving tenant work orders & complaints.

Online Paperwork Administer and audit tenant documents using AppFolio (online property management software).

Late Rents Minimizing property delinquencies by tenant follow up, negotiation, & action.
