Located in Los Angeles and New Jersey, we provide faster transit times and higher quality service to our customers.We are dedicated to building long-term relationships with our customers, and are committed to providing excellent customer service to meet the demands of growing businesses.
We are looking for the right person who can manage and maintain major office duties listed below.Daily office duties:
- Answer multiline phone calls incoming and outgoing
- Process orders for all sales activities; from receiving to shipping out orders via Fedex, UPS and LTL Freights
- Provide support to manager and staff
- Follow up with customer's payments
- Filing
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- High School graduate or equivalent. College degree in related field preferred but not required.
