We are looking for the right person who can manage and maintain major office duties listed below.


Daily office duties:

• Answer multiline phone calls incoming and outgoing
• Process orders for all sales activities; from receiving to shipping out orders via Fedex, UPS and LTL Freights
• Provide support to manager and staff
• Follow up with customer's payments
• Filing
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• High School graduate or equivalent. College degree in related field preferred but not required.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
