As Sales Associate you are expected to:

-Stay Informed: Keep abreast of current sales, promotions, and product knowledge to effectively guide customers and enhance their shopping experience.
-Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process transactions, ensuring a seamless and satisfying checkout process for customers.
-Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and promptly resolve any issues or concerns, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
-Sales Floor Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, creating an inviting and attractive shopping environment.
To excel at this position, you should bring the following skills with you:
-Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet customer needs promptly.
-Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, construction materials sales are preferred but not mandatory.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Compensation:
This position offers a hourly base wage of $16, complemented by a competitive commission structure. Successful candidates will enjoy a 5% commission on all sales made, providing an opportunity for unlimited earning potential.
