Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in contract negotiations and contract management
  • Manage contracts throughout the project (Contract Administration)
  • Perform technical contract and risk analyses, clarify interfaces
  • Develop strategies and concepts for claim preparation and defense
  • Prepare and defend claims
  • Support / advise project teams on contract matters
  • Liaison between engineering, procurement, and legal departments
  • Contribute to the development of processing methods and procedures

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed degree (engineering or business law)
  • Previous experience in contract and/or project management (e.g. through internships) preferred
  • Knowledge of contract law such as HOAI, VOB/BGB, NEC3, etc.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficient in software tools (MS Office)
  • Willingness to travel
