    Description

    Green Key Resources is seeking an IT Training Manager to develop and execute a technology training strategy for a prestigious law firm. This role involves creating training materials, maintaining a learning management system, and ensuring all technology training aligns with the firm's needs.

    This is a FT/Perm position offering excellent compensation and strong growth

    This is Hybrid, 3 days/week in NYC; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; Washington, DC; or Dallas, TX

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain technology training materials and new hire curricula.
    • Coordinate technology training curriculum development with HR and leadership.
    • Oversee a learning management system and develop regular IT tips for firm personnel.
    • Supervise and manage the training team, including hiring and performance evaluations.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years in technical training, preferably in a legal or professional services firm.
    • 3+ years of supervisory experience with advanced technical knowledge in systems and software
    • Proficiency in instructional design, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
    • Experience with technology migrations (like Windows upgrades, SAP/ERP migrations) is a plus ****
