Your responsibilities

  • You will take on (partial) project management in IT projects for our clients in the insurance industry.
  • As the interface between IT and business, you will dive into your favorite topics in insurance, including:
    • Conception and implementation of digitization strategies
    • Further development of IT organization and IT operating model
    • Strategic and operational IT modernization
    • Selection and implementation of new IT systems and solutions
  • As a coaching mentor, you will support and guide younger colleagues on their development path at zeb.
  • Even outside of project work, you can show your skills: work with the team on innovations, write your own articles, or participate in studies such as the Digital Pulse Check, where end customers and insurers are surveyed about their digital status quo.

Your skills

  • You have several years of (partial) project management experience in the insurance industry or in a consulting company, particularly in the development of IT organizations and/or the redesign
