Job description
Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as development of employees in the credit department
Preparation of credit analyses and opinions as well as examination and monitoring of creditworthiness
Preparation for decisions by the management and other committees
Compliance with internally defined processes and rules
Technical contact person for other departments and auditors

Profile
Extensive experience in credit and risk in the financial sector as well as profound leadership experience
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in company analysis and valuation
Good knowledge of the regulatory environment in the leasing market/banking sector
Proactive and goal-oriented way of working
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
