- Use RF Scanner to pick parts from set locations and deliver them to Quality Inspection/Packaging area using a wheeled-cart
- Ensure proper parts and accurate quantities are picked according to order specifications
- Package orders and prepare them for shipping using the Matrix/ProductionWare, Oracle, UPS and FedEx systems
- Use hand tools to combine smaller parts into larger assembly
- Cycle count inventory as needed and report shortages
- Use multi-step platform ladders, Pallet Jacks, and other equipment to pick and move product as needed
- Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
- Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
- Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
- Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
- Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
- Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
- Must be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented, and honest
- Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
- Utilize Pride systems
- Stand/walk entire workday
- Safely use hand tools
- Use multi-step platform ladders to safely pick orders from elevated locations
- Lift/Push/Pull up to 50lbs.
- Work extended hours, including weekends, as business needs dictate
- Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
- A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- No experience required
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- At least 1 year of experience using RF Scanners or similar equipment preferred
- At least 1 year of experience using ORACLE, UPS and FedEx shipping systems preferred
- Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
