Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for complete and timely delivery
  • Take on leadership, control, and monitoring tasks
  • Dynamically develop employees to achieve operational warehouse metrics
  • Motivate own employees to achieve operational warehouse metrics
  • Act as a contact person for own employees in personal and professional matters such as personnel and vacation planning

Your Profile

  • Completed degree with a focus on logistics/ freight forwarding or equivalent qualification
  • Communication skills in Romanian required and ideally first leadership experience
  • Very good MS Office skills and ideally SAP knowledge
