We are currently seeking a qualified Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our psychiatric outpatient clinic in Bad Cannstatt. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative, communicative, and organizational tasks during the day shift from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing appointments and regular therapeutic offerings

Performing EKGs

Administering i.m. injections and taking blood samples

Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining documentation for billing purposes

Preparing billing with insurance providers

Planning and organizing daily workflow
