  • Provide support to the Director's team, which involves managing internal and external meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate calendars, travel plans, expenses, and all types of correspondence.
  • Support communication and meetings within the Systems Engineering department.
  • Manage office seating arrangements with facilities.
  • Maintain various forms, files, access lists, and folders.
  • Organize meetings and conferences.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Interact with executive and administrative personnel to share or gather pertinent information.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher and at least 4 years of experience in Administrative or Executive support.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Expertise in business and travel expense systems like Concur with frequent travel requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Capable of overseeing multiple administrative projects and initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, self-motivated, well-organized individual with attention to detail and assertiveness when needed.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, flexibility, and agility while managing competing tasks with different deadlines, scheduling conflicts, and ensuring thorough follow-up.
  • Experience in organizing and providing logistical support for meetings and events.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Confluence.

NOVASPACE

Salary Range: $53,000 - $88,300

Employees may receive an additional discretionary bonus with base pay. Annual bonuses aim to acknowledge individual contributions and allow staff to participate in company success. Vice Presidents or Directors could qualify for Long Term Incentives. Northrop Grumman also offers various benefits such as health and life insurance coverage, savings plans, paid holidays, and paid time off for vacation and personal needs.
