Resident Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance satisfaction and retention.-
Rent Collection:
Collect rent payments from residents and accurately record transactions. Process payments promptly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Property Management Software:
Utilize Rent Manager software to enter rent payments, update resident information, generate reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.-
Maintenance Coordination:
Coordinate maintenance requests from residents and communicate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of issues. Conduct periodic inspections of units and common areas to assess condition and identify any maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
- Proficiency in property management software, preferably Rent Manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and property management best practices.
