Introduction

Responsibilities:

• Run the daytoday prototyping and testing lab, ensuring readiness to support the business, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld 100% of the time
• Operate machinery, including but not limited to RF Welder, CNC Machine, drill press, to fabricate prototypes and small run samples
• Develop 3D print files and prints for prototype purposes
• Conduct mechanical impact testing and collecting data
• Analyze test results and data to identify testing deficiencies and work with engineering team to develop new insights
• Identify and document manufacturing processes based on prototype fabrication steps and techniques
• Assists on special projects as needed
• Maintain awareness of new prototyping, manufacturing and testing methods
• Seek proactively to improve Savior Brain and motivates team with positive attitude
• Champion the values and traumatic brain injury prevention mission of the Company

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associates degree in Mechanical, industrial or Biomedical engineering OR 5+ years in an advanced testing environment
• Experience operating in a rapid prototyping environment
• Experience using software to collect, process, or report data
• Ability to work under pressure in a resourcechallenged environment
• Ability to work in small collaborative team environments
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Passion for Savior Brain's mission of traumatic brain injury prevention
• Ability to communicate effectively in a clear, concise manner

Preferred:

• BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical engineering (or related field)
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Experience working in an ISO 9001, medical device, or other high quality / high reliability environment
• Experience operating an RF Welder, CNC Machine, and 3D Printer
• Experience with any of the following: building electric circuits, arduino, EPS foams, fiberglass laydowns

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
