Description

VIOLAND is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing with them passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of the market. As part of this role, you will learn our established processes to cater to our existing base of 2,000 clients, while also cultivating relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a small team through these tasks, guiding them towards success. Over time, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, mastering essential skills using our specialized systems and procedures. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Research new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervision of team activity and results
Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Effective supervisory and leadership abilities
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment
Passion for aiding people and building relationships
Experience in sales or customer service
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Community involvement desire
Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clean background check and personal transportation
