Salary range is $24.03/hour to $52.88/hour, with a midpoint of $36.05/hour.New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under general direction of the IT Manager, Desktop Services, this position will set up, operate, maintain, and repair sound and video equipment for use in live events, such as meetings, webinars, and distance learning.
They may also assist in the production of programs, training events, videos used externally ensuring high-quality AV experiences for both in-house teams and remote participants.
This position will be responsible for all hybrid smart conference rooms along with providing secondary support for Desktop Services.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Audiovisual Communications or closely related field and two years experience in AV technology; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
