- Managing project development from initiation to closure.
- Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Working with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Tracking project milestones and deliverables and providing status reports to stakeholders.
- Identifying and managing project risks, including mitigation strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 35 years of project management experience, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct project teams.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.
- Excellent decisionmaking and leadership capabilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with solar panel installation projects.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent clientfacing communication skills.
