Responsibilities:

Managing project development from initiation to closure.
Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Working with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Tracking project milestones and deliverables and providing status reports to stakeholders.
Identifying and managing project risks, including mitigation strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
35 years of project management experience, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
Demonstrated ability to lead and direct project teams.
Strong familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.
Excellent decisionmaking and leadership capabilities.

Nice-to-Haves:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with solar panel installation projects.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment.
Experience in Agile methodologies.
Excellent clientfacing communication skills.
