Workstation AG has been one of the leading personnel service providers in the field of customer support/call center from Berlin since 2002.

We are currently seeking a Personal Interviewer (m/f/d) to join our team in Rich Square, NC.


In this role, you will independently and responsibly conduct telephone interviews with potential candidates from our call center, retail, and administrative sectors, and provide recommendations to our personnel managers for further action.

You will also schedule interviews with candidates at our office. Your results will be entered into our applicant management system.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a customer service representative (m/f/d) and be familiar with the processes and procedures of a call center.

You should also have good computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys making a difference, taking on responsibility, and bringing their own ideas to the table.
