Purpose of the Position


We are looking for an organized Warehouse Supervisor who will be a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere.

The warehouse supervisor will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. You will oversee, train, and evaluate staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets.


To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes profits.

Duties & Responsibilities:


Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control.

Leading by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement.

Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.


  • Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, and conflict resolution

Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methodsCritical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solvingProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software

  • Previous experience operating a forklift
  • Knowledgeable in the ecommerce space a plus

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements**:


  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • 1+ years' experience leading a team
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
  • Valid drivers' license.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to operate forklift effectively.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. comfortably and unassisted.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong people skills.
